YEEP! Lockers have landed at St Nics!
Located within the street entrance to the multi storey car park on St Nicholas Way (next to the Omniplex Cinema), the self-service postal box is made up of different sized lockers that can be used to receive and return parcels.
They are an easy and convenient out-of-home delivery option that will help your city reduce pollution and traffic, and are used by multiple delivery companies.
The lockers are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you can collect a parcel from your chosen YEEP! locker at a time that works for you.
When you arrive at the locker press the Wake Up button and wait for the scanner to light up. Then, simply enter the PIN code or scan the barcode / QR code you have been sent and your door will open!
Just collect your parcel and close the door – its as easy as that!
YEEP! lockers are designed for parcels up to a maximum weight of 20kg, and there are four locker size options to choose from.
Plus, you can make returns too!
The carrier partners will determine the way you can interact with our YEEP! lockers and will communicate this to you as part of the returns process, but there are 2 simple ways of doing this.
If you do not need to use the app, just attach your address labels to your parcel.
When you arrive at the locker press the Wake UP button and wait for the scanner to light up. Scan the barcode / QR on your parcel. Your door will open, place your parcel inside and close the door.
Or if you are using the YEEP! App, simply attach your address labels to your parcel, then using the YEEP! App, scan the barcode / QR code, click to add your parcel and select your preferred YEEP! locker.
At the locker, open the YEEP! app, rescan your barcode / QR code and the locker will immediately recognise your device via Bluetooth.
Your door will open, place your parcel inside and close the door.
