Once you’ve updated your sportwear and accessories, the real fun can begin! Whether you’ll be joining the gym, taking a class, or stepping into a dance studio – moving your body in a way that your enjoy is important. And, if you take up a form of fitness you love, you’re more likely to stick to it!
Gym Sutton
With over 40 classes per week, free parking, and 24-hour access, this is the place to train toward your goals.
Classes available include Hot Yoga, Body Pump, Pilates, and Metcon Squared, plus there are also 16 Squat Racks, Boxing, Air Bikes, and more!
All classes can be easily booked using the Gym Sutton app.
Sutton Community Dance
Sutton Community Dance offer a wide variety of dance classes, which are not only fantastic fun but a great way to improve your fitness!
Adult classes available include Zumba, Ballet, and Street Dance. Or maybe you miss your clubbing days – come along to Clubbercise®! Every Monday at 7.30pm you can dance it out at this fun full body workout with a banging soundtrack that gets great results. Classes are held in a darkened room with disco lights and LED glow sticks.
